Thinking I’ll get him to do the back doors and wrap around the back like this photoshopped pic of my truckView attachment 218794

I’ve contemplated that very same thing. I went with a carbon fiber printed vinyl, so not sure how it would look74f5b6616008515c9c3223e9630b27f2.jpg

I want to dress up my engine bay. I like how the classic mopar had the colors in the engine. I’m hoping to make mine black and white. Have seen the painted covers and like that look. Also was looking for some different things on the google machine and found a billet kit, looks really good, but not cost effective for me. So I decided to paint a cap to see how it looks and if it holds up. Scuffed it up a bit and used some good outdoor paint that I had lying around. Actually it’s paint and primer, easily accessible on the shelf at cents over $5 with tax. Anyway here it is, I’m going to give it a few days and then adjust paint or continue with the same.

Its a well known fact that a catch can, properly installed, adds a minimum of 60hp ( 70 to 75 if it is a stainless steel can with braided line covers).
Someone has been drinking “Catch Can Koolaid”. No dyno, no dice. Additionally, the material of a catch can has no contributing factor to HP gain. How could stainless steel be better than aluminum, steel, or plastic?

Brushed stainless steel has a lower drag coeficient compared to the aerodynamics of other materials.Especially if the stainless has high levels of moly enriched oil flowing thru it."They" say. See? You can make anything sound better.lol

Got it on Amazon. It's a PITA to apply, I had to cover the whole vent then cut out the center while pressing the edges in place. Compound curves are a challenge. Xacto knife is a must.
