    Time will tell how the turbo charged gas engines will do. Turbo's aren't cheap and the engines usually require premium fuel. That's a $0.30 a gallon increase.

    Our Bridgestone tires lasted 27K on our 2005 Pilot. I've replaced them with Michelins and this last time Coopers.

    270K on our 2005 pilot. best vehicle I've ever owned. I wish they made a true half ton. That being said I doubt I'll ever own another past the inclusive warranty period.

    Cummins automatic trannys

    I know a guy with an '04 3500 qclb with a heavy **** utility bed. It's used for concrete cutting. Stop and go and freeway use. It had 364K on the drivetrain when I saw him 6 months ago. 68RFE from birth aside from a valve body and a seal. Normal wear items are kept up. No extra filtration. Nothing.

    I've got a 2007 Cummins manual trans. it's been great but I don't really need one anymore. The Hemi's pull up and sound so good and the automatic's looking good too. What was the last year of a column shifter on a 1500.? I learn a lot about gassers mainly on this site. Thanks.

    K&N was rated #1 for flow on Project Farm and worst for filtration. Sounds logical.
