Gear wear pattern
My backlash at various spots it’s right around .008”. It can be heard very faintly in the 60mph range. It’s a louder pickup so I’m not stressing about the noise too much but my curiosity is killing me. The humming noise goes go away when coasting at those noisy speeds. Gear wear pattern
I did take quite a few patterns down when I was setting the gears up and the pattern looked good as far as I could tell but I am very new at setting differentials. I’ll attach some pics of the last pattern I took last winter. What do you guys think I’m in for if I keep running it like this?- ArDavid318

conflicting information about rim compatibility
I have had 15x10 steelies on both my 2nd gen 4wd and they fit just fine. My 00 does have dual piston calipers and has about 3/8 of an inch clearance. Understandable, I have a feeling I got a little lucky when I dropped my cam in without setting the sync. It wasn’t all that much more of a cam though.
