Update! Problem solved, I dropped the spare tire and stuck my head way up under the bed and found the hose was pinched in the shock fitting causing the issue, I’m very relieve.

Read somewhere that there is 7 psi to keep fluid in and water out, also in the past when checking level viscosity via rubber fill vent it always “sprayed“ out when opening, I’m not questioning your answer just trying to make sure that vent hose should be wide open, thanks for responding
Trying to understand the vent hose operation with vent cap extended from the drivers side rear axle to up under the wheel well..
Repalced the gear fluid and pinion seal, while doing that checked the hose and it seems you need to put a fair amount of air threw it to confirm it “vents”
