Just looking at pictures it does not look that bad to me, but a picture is worth a thousand words as they say and your damage story might take longer to tell. Dented chrome bumper suggestion for repair
That not repairable. You could beat it till the 4th of July and it's not ever going to look any better, just different. The best/cheapest solution is to call a good local salvage yard and see if they can locate you a clean one. If not, pay the $ and get OEM. Even a good rechrome bumper won't...- Jefferson Davis

Enough is enough!
They reflect whatever light source you put in it. They don't make anything brighter, only focused (for light throw) which you equate as brighter. The LED light source is what is brighter. Couple that with LED bulbs that have chips in the wrong place and you have lights that appear bright but...- Jefferson Davis

Enough is enough!
Reflectors reflect. That's all they do. If the light source is properly situated then the beam will be "reflected" to the exact same place whether halogen or LED. It'll just be cleaner and give a better visual if its LED. The problem lies with junk from china that puts out a lot of light but...- Jefferson Davis
