ok are you using the alignment tool to align the pressure plate when you bolted the clutch up to the flywheel and splines of the output shaft ? if so it should slip right in ! can you attach some pics of the problem and elaborate a lil more on what is happening!?- Jim BB

probably be cheaper and faster to tow it to your local tranny shop ! Did you resurface the flywheel !??? put new through out bearing in ? If not you will probably be pulling it out again for chatter , slipping , grabbing or bad bearing ! you should always resurface the flywheel to get out any...- Jim BB

Tonneau cover MPG
I have a 2019 1500 classic 5.7 8spd mega crew 5.7 box with a tri fold hard cover on it combined city hwy i average 16 to 17 Ltr per 100Km (19 Mpg) went from Hamilton Ontario to Nova Scotia averaged 10 Ltr per 100Km (28 Mpg) with cruise on as much as possible driving at around 120 Km (75 Mph) so...- Jim BB

New brakes and weird sound can’t pinpoint
do you have any country roads!? i live in the city and with in a 10 to 15 min drive i am in the country side roads so i can do this! I put slotted cross drilled rotors and ceramic pads on all 4 corners of my 1500 and had to do the same thing! now they work great with no issues ! -
Rotor and pad kit recommendations?
I tow moderate every summer I tow a TT about 6,000 LBS roughly every other weekend about 70 to 80 miles . So I went to a set of slotted and cross drilled with ceramic pads . Brake them in properly as manufacture instructions ! they are the best brakes i have used so far ! stays very firm pedal...- Jim BB

Yes there is if you look at the picture you posted looks like the air intake is drawn from the center of the hood the reg 5.7 draw from the right side fender air box- Jim BB

Sadly no U-Joints at that age and miles on them I would probably replace them with a good set that is serviceable (with grease fittings) U-Joint can and will set up a vibration and also thump VERY UNLIKELY this is your problem but a drive shaft if the weight is knocked off or falls off ! It is possible that part of your issues at wheel balance and the second issue could be U-Joints. the U-Joint are sealed non serviceable so unless you have replaced them. think about it small needle bearing an a small cap holding them turning at a very high RPM and lots of heat and a...- Jim BB

Did the power rams have a hood ornament?
some came with them and others didn't . I am not sure what model came with them -
4th gen wiring schematic
I am looking for the wiring diagram for 4th gen 2019 1500 classic 5.7 hemi 8 speed trans . i would like to follow the wiring from hood latch to tipim to BCM ECM to see if all the wiring is there and if not what i need to do to install . from what I can tell and see the hood latch wiring goes...- Jim BB
