Does anyone know of a set of filter back duals for our 6.4l Hemi?

I did the solo performance delete pipe but would love to add duals behind it....struggling to find any

I've wondered the same thing. Interestingly enough the rear bumper is the same size and bolt pattern as the 1500. I've considered finding a 1500 bumper and having an exhaust shop fab up a cat back dual system for it.

I'd have to crawl under it, but I think all the hanger locations are on the bed as well since it's also shared with the 1500.

The 6.4' bed on the Gen4 1500 is the same as the one used in the Gen4 2500/3500. With that being said the "Gen5" HD trucks have not undergone the update to the Gen5 sheet metal the 1500s use.
So it's a good probability the dual exhaust mounts are on the underside of the HD trucks.

Something to look at, Banks Power offers a 3" dual exhaust (it deletes the muffler) for the Gen4 EcoDiesel, that may fit.

yes just go to a good exhaust shop they will have no problem fabricating a nice true dual system
in my case its a 4g 1500 and i supplied the x pipe and the single chamber mufflers but the same principle applies.
i dont know what the 6.4 y pipe looks like but if its anything like the 5.7 y get rid of it, very poor design as you can see

it sounds amazing, very rich and deep tone, smooth and rumbling at cruise and full hemi fury when wide open, no blatting but some nice crack pops when wide open throttle shifting, i love it!

MBRP makes a great looking and sounding dual catback. If you would like a quote on it send me a message

Agreed on the stock 5.7 y-pipe being a POS and bottleneck on the 5.7!

I had a custom made 2.5" y-pipe made up and installed at a performance exhaust shop and it did wonders for my HEMI. My engine now breathes properly and the sound improvement was noticeable (and nice, too!).

The 6.4 certainly does have a Y pipe right after the cats. It's just that the muffle is SISO instead of SIDO that the 5.7 gets.
I thought you were speaking of output. I do not have a huge interest in paying a muffler shop to custom fabricate a set of true duals. IF it would be remotely affordable maybe...but that highly doubtful. Which is why i was looking to see if anyone knew of a FILTER back dual setup

Are you talking about cat back dual setup? MBRP, Flowmaster and Magnaflow all offer cat back dual output system.

Nope...I'm talking about a filter back. I've already done a muffler delete and don't like the idea of paying for that part over again.

Pardon my ignorance, but what is filter back? I've heard of turbo back and cat back, but never a filter back unless you're talking a DPF filter back exhaust on a diesel. Do you mean resonator back maybe?
That's been my question as I've read this thread that started some time ago.

A 6.4 doesn't have a filter in the exhaust system, just catalytic converters, a muffler, then a resonator.

Presuming he didn't delete the cats, if he deleted the muffler then he still has the resonator (saying this for OP - the very last piece right before the outlet). Maybe that's what he thinks is the filter? Not really sure.

My understanding is you want dual pipes after your muffler delete you installed.? If so it would almost need to be custom done or you'd have to buy a kit and piece it together with possibly having to buy more pieces. For sure you would need a y pipe that wouldn't come with any kit. That's why all the dual exhaust kits come with a muffler that way they know what "pieces" (lengths and bends) they need to complete the kit. In your case with the muffler delete a company has no clue (besides solo) where that ends compared to the stock muffler. And nobody really puts a dual exhaust on and leaves the stock muffler. I'm sure some people have but not enough where a company is going to put in the time and effort to design and sell one. If solo doesn't sell a kit which I don't think they do then again an exhaust shop is your best bet.

Agreed. If I'd kept my 'Wagon much longer I was going to get the MBRP cat-back. I've had their stuff before, I have their can on my Polaris Fusion 900 and I had it on my 6.0 Ford dually...it sounded AMAZING on that old diesel, and the snowmobile sounds down right P!SSED off!

Really you need to plan ahead on what you're going to want to do with mods before you go buying stuff. I know OP bought a muffler delete kit, but now he's decided he wants dual outlet exhaust (doesn't sound like he wants true duals from the manifolds back), and there are PLENTY of cat-back kits like that out there that, while they don't delete the muffler but rather come with their own, give the dual-outlet finished product and sound GREAT even with their muffler. I haven't looked in a while but they MIGHT even have an option to come without a muffler and just a straight pipe, it was an option for my diesel back then. I didn't want it to be ridiculous so I opted for it and so very glad I did.

For OP, I would suggest biting the bullet and buying a cat-back system, and if you can't get it without a muffler, maybe try re-using the Solo pipe on the aftermarket system. No clue what the Solo pipe costs but chalk it up to a learning experience and move on.
