    Power Wagon decal delete

Hey all, personal preference here but I'm wanting to remove the bed side PowerWagon decal and replace it with just the lower black decal. I can't find the part number for them. Can anyone hook a brother up?

    Show me your tablet mount

Hey all, this might not be the thread for most of you and I get that. What this is for is those of us that run off road maps in thier trucks (and yes I have the 12" screen and while it can run Gia, onX...it's less than desirable). What have you used for a tablet mount? Specifically for those...

    Front aftermarket track bar popping

Friends. Have any of you experienced issue with aftermarket track bars? I have tried everything, new bushings, new bolts, purchased a new (expensive) torque wrench. I can tighten it down, all is fine for 50 miles then.... pop pop pop. Truck and track bar have less than 15k miles. Im at the...

Bragging about MPG - in a POWERWAGON?

Crazy right? Can't complain with those numbers from my last trip. And im heavy, and not very wind resistant...Thuren lift, 35's, slide in 1200#-ish camper in the back. The secret was slowing down. All 2 lane so I could get away with 67 mph, which I found to be the sweet spot.

AEV - PROcal Snap users read this to clear ABS error code.

PSA for current and future owners of the Procal Snap for 19+. When programming tire size holding down the brake and cruise button for longer than 3 seconds can put the system into fault mode. This happened to my rig and a friend's rig. On his he wasn't sure the issue, (as in if it was the AEV or...

Aftermarket Suspension / Shock advise - Carli vs. Thuren

Hey guys, After owning my 2020 wagon for 8 month and 8k miles I have come to the conclusion the factory suspension just isn't cutting it for what I use the truck for. A little bit about the truck itself, mostly stock except AEV wheels, 35" tires and super heavy White Knuckle sliders. The one...

2wd 4low switch from diesel performance products

Anyone with a manual transfer case PW instal one of these? I like the concept of not having to take it out of 4low when hitting switchbacks. Question: Works with the manual t case? Assuming so since it disconects the front "hubs". Does this work when already in 4low? As in, do you need...

    Dethloff trans skid vibration?

Hey crew. Just installed a Dethloff transmission skid on my 2020 PW. Nice piece of kit and quality is top notch. I have noticed a small grumble or vibration since, especially when in reverse? I know this will sound weird but almost like the transmission is slipping, which I know it's not but...

    AEV ProCal

ProCal works for the 19+ PW, even the "older" version of it. I spoke with tech support and this might sound crazy but when it calls for the step where you put your foot on the brake you need to barely touch it. I verified that did the trick for me. Works perfect, got my speedo corrected and...

Diff fluid level - okay to be level with fill hole

Changed the diffs this weekend and was going to make the little guage others have talked about to make sure the level is below the fill hole and at the mark on the cover then looked at the owners manual. 1/4" +/- 1/4 below the fill hole....or in layman's terms it is OK to be flush with the fill...

    Air cleaner

So... not PW specific but could someone in thier right mind explain to my the genius behind who designed the air cleaner box on these trucks? I mean seriously 5 or 6 bolts and you can't even pull it straight up because of the front core support? Coming from a farming background when I was...

Got my new White Knuckle sliders

Hey Ram-Bro's. Just got my new sliders. If your wondering why they charge so much for shipping, check out the crate they come in. Straight up fork lift material right there. Had them drop shipped to SIAI's freight dock and took my trusty(?) Harbor Freight trailer to pick them up....now who...

Talk me into (or out of) 37's

What's everyone using to recalibrate for tire size on 19+

I've been piecing together information from different threads but haven't nailed down a consensus on what is being used. Looking for information specific to the 2019+ PowerWagons. I have a 2020 that I'm upgrading this week to 37's and need to recalibrate. I like the ease of the ProCal but...

    Tire load rating - 35" e rated vs 37" d2 rated

Not to create another "will it fit thread" I'm looking more for information on load ratings. Factory tires couldn't handle the weight of the FourWheel camper (or was it that sharp rock...lol?) and did a tire in with 800 miles on the truck. Time for a much needed upgrade. Leaning towards 37's...
