Radio volume control flakey; display brightness too low

NV 246 transfer case seal leak?
I have a 2007 Laramie with about 82K. It has the NV246 GM transfer case. Whlie changing the fluid in the case, I noticed that there appears to be evidence of a "spray" of oil radiating from the rear of the case where the rear drive shaft is inserted into the transfer case.
