    I just replaced my belt. A Gates belt (std service) only cost $20 or so. Replaced the tensioner at the same time, only $35 or so. Rock Auto.

    I think it was Gates that discussed some kind of galvanic corrosive affect from EPDM hose left in too long, coolant acted as electrolyte between EPDM and aluminum.

    Yeah, they don't make for the 6.4 Hemi - completely different hose moldings, which is also why the big oil filters won't fit.

    Red Line PL-1. It's easier to find than CRC and has higher % PEA so you use less. Easier to stock and haul around.

    Oh - and the other benefit is the engine loses power more slowly as well. All engines lose power over time (after initial break-in) due to wear and deposits. Minimizing the rate of power loss over time is important for those of us that own long term.
