Headlight issue
They r typically desperate connectors it wouldn't be hard for them to not be fully connected if the red locking tab wasn't pushed all the way from the factory they might eventually rattle loose but the only way to really tell is pull the headlights which isn't too bad of a task lots of videos...- '12RamExpress

Truck got wet? Need help!!
Put it in a big bowl of rice that should do the trick.......sorry couldn't help it but I honestly don't know maybe keep the battery disconnected as long as you can that might give something time to reset other than that it sounds like a trip to a mechanic- '12RamExpress

Sport mirrors on an express?
I don't see why not on a 2014 I changed mine out to sport with turn and puddle. The module in the door has the extra slots for the extra harness that comes on the ones with lights. Are these factory headlights? To me it sounds like a bad ground but it could be a number of things like the bulb is bad or the connection is loose really the only way to tell would be to pull the headlights out and probe the ends of the factory connection to see if they are getting power and if...- '12RamExpress
