    The muffler is right in front of the rear. Pipes come out a couple inches and go over the axle. So I have from the Y pipe to almost the rear of 3” straight pipe.

    I have an 08 with a 5.7. When I bought the truck it already had a flow master with dual out on it and no resonators. That of course had rotted away a while ago. I recently put a dual out glass pack on it and the drone has got on my last nerve. What can I do to keep the exhaust note sounding good...

    End Links

    Not sure if this should be here but, I put a Hellbound 2.5” level kit on my 2008 1500. Since I’ve had it on I’ve broke the drivers side end link twice. Was I supposed to keep stock length or should they have been longer? Never broke an end link in my life and that’s the only thing I can think of.

    Well the 34 gallon pump is in and working fine. Had a half tank when it died,and its reading a half tank after the install.

    I have a pump out of a 34 gallon and mine from a 26. Mines a Mopar pump and not sure what the 34 brand is. Side by side comparisons the dimensions are the same.     I found a sweet sweet deal on a set of Coverking seat covers. Box says they are for a 2013 to 2017, I of course have an 08. How different are the seats? Is there any chance in hell these will fit????

    Since the misfire was 03 i pulled one of those plugs and it looked pretty good so i pulled one from #4 on the opposite side to make sure it looked exactly the same. I did a cold start this morning and watched the tailpipe and it blew clean for the first, almost minute, then got that cold morning...

    Continuing on from what I posted before about the radiator replaced and a misfire code. I've been trying get this air out of the system. I suspect that the head gasket is the issue.     I'm really beating around in my head if I want to go back to single, but it will be three inch. And go with a magnaflow glasspack or another muffler they have. Not many clips or reviews I can find on the glasspack. I like the sound of the Flowmaster put the performance is very poor.

    Are our trucks all prewired for the cablights? My buddy put a set on his 04 and their was a set of wires tucked in behind the pillar cover. He just had to mount the lights and the wiring to them and connect it to that wire.
