Found a video on youtube and figured out which fuses I needed to be using. Still having issues with the camera turning on and I know the fuses are powered so I've narrowed it down to the hardwire harness must be the issue. Might just take it in somewhere and see what they can do.
I actually have this multimeter but I'll be honest and say I have zero idea on how to use it, especially for this.

I attempted to install a Viofo A129 Duo dashcam today. I hardwired the camera through the firewall into the engine bay using the Viofo 3 wire harness. My problem is it won't turn on when trying to use the hardwire. If I plug it in to the usb port it turns on just fine so I know the camera...
I didn't realize they had color matched steel bumpers like that, just pulled up some nice photos of the outdoorsman like you mentioned. I will definitely give them a call and see what they say. Thank you for the idea
I was in a small wreck this week, the front bumper along with the grill were trashed. I was thinking of taking the opportunity to see if my insurance will let me switch out the chrome bumper/grill for a color matched one of my truck as I am not a fan of the chrome.
The steel bumper held up...
All I did was wipe it down to make sure it was clean, taped off what I didn't want covered and then started spraying.
I did 6-8 coats depending on the area. No gloss on them at all.
Basically what kml9491 said, I sprayed right over them with about 8 coats and no issues with the sensors. I...
Took most of Saturday but definitely love the look. I was never a huge fan of chrome but the Big Horn was the lowest trim that had the features I wanted.
I've lived in San Diego my whole life and never been, but now that I bought my truck last year I definitely want to check it out sometime soon as well.
I got a decent amount of posts in my original thread so I decided I'd post an update since I appreciated all the insight everyone gave me. I decided to go with the Big Horn because knowing myself in a few years I would regret not going for all the little extras.
I looked online and could...
Thanks for the advice. I'm more than likely going with a 2015 because of the rebates so I won't be building my own truck. I'm looking at Dennis Dillon more than likely and the LSD, big gas tank and 3.92s, along with the remote start are all at the top of my list. It seems that most if not all...
Thanks to everyone for the replies, love all the advice everyone gave.
A few months ago I test drove the express and loved the feel of the truck. Last night weekend I test drove a 2.7L F-150 and really liked the feel of that but last night I got my hands on a Big Horn and it feels night and...
I'm currently in the market for my first truck. My wife an do recently bought our house in San Diego and find ourselves needing a truck for light duty yard work. We won't be doing any offroading or desert trips, but do plan on going camping much more often now that we have some free time. I have...
This is about 1.5 drive for me currently, I don't have a problem with driving a few hours for a good deal. Maybe I'll wait a little longer and see what else comes around. Is the $12k you got off including rebates or pre-release price?
If I remember correctly there is a $1500 California...
I was looking at getting a 1500 Express as that's what fits my budget the best. I have been looking around and have found a nice Big Horn for just a few thousand more than what I was looking at for an Express but it is discounted a few thousand already. I know it depends on the dealer among...
