    Thanks. Hopefully the 4 bolts aren't rusted on. That would be great to get to it by removing the cushion. I would think that replacing the motor would be easier to do than replacing the shaft and gear. The price difference looks like $30 more, which is low enough to be worth less hassle.

They look at issues I have questions about, and don't charge and don't "find" problems if there aren't any. I trust them completely and believe what they say...
