2013 Intermittent EPS , then no crank,flashing dash lights

2013 1500 4x4 3.6l...truck started having intermittent no eps...parked truck...1 month later no crank no start...Battery fully charged, all connections cleaned well...with key out, the shift knob lights blink with a clicking noise, all gauge needles jump slightly with clicking...trusted mechanic said eps module bad, this was prior to parking truck ....have headlights, tail lights, cabin lights and plate lights....NOTHING else works...Thoughts? before I just say F it and send it to the crusher where it belongs....Thanks
