Interesting. I assume that means everyone will be receiving a universal radio update soon. The Carplay is a well known problem with Ram.

What's the issue with Carplay? Mine seems to work fine.

They closed my STAR case yesterday.

Why close the Star case before delivering a solution?

As my father often said, promising a fix is only a threat until it's delivered.

What's the issue with Carplay? Mine seems to work fine.

It's Ram's biggest complaint. Mine is always glitching, freezing up, going blank. Saw a report on vehicle reliability and Ram was at the top of the list for least reliable. Carplay was the #1 complaint.
