Ok guys i need some help. I have a 1989 Ram Charger 360 v8 im trying to take down the cat to clean it out and put it back in to see if that will help my no power issue. i dont think its the main problem but i want to eliminate it just incase. So heres what i did i unbolted everything but now the piece that sits underneath that the bolts go into i cant get off.... any suggestions on what might get it off? i think it might be rusted on there but im not sure. could really use some help any suggestion would be helpful!

Try some penetrating oil or Rust Buster spray.

A wire brush, Propane torch to heat up the bolt, and penetrating oil or liquid wrench
