Interior led idea

So on another forum someone compared the look my truck has going to a B2:


So I got to thinking...has anyone checked to see exactly what kind of bulb Dodge used to emit that light green glow over the cup holders? I'm talking about the little green bulb or led that's up by the map lights. I wonder if someone could swap that with a very dim red bulb/led instead?

Anyone know what bulb size that is?

Hmm, you could prob just wire up a 3mm LED and drop it in there, shouldnt be too hard, just gotta know the voltage and resistance needed.

There's already a light of some sort there. It would be far easier to just replace that one.

Not sure how different they are in the 10 year difference... But that light is just hooked up to a wire and is turned on when the headlights are turned on. Just swapping out bulbs would be very simple.

All the interior lights in a B2 or any other military lights have 2 modes white and green. so if your going with a mil jet theme then i would go with green.

I agree, NVIS looks soooo cool at night! Especially when the entire planes turned on. I like the green exterior panel light strips the J-models have.

I know. Its a C-130H2. You can tell by the SKE scope, fuel gauges and avionics 6 pack. i tried to find a "J" but all the pictures were linked to the page.

Sorry, i have to correct you. Its a flight deck, only fighters have cockpits. We had a long conversation at work about whether a c-27 has a cockpit or flight deck.
