my life is too busy & I just made time to dig into this. I wish I would’ve done it when I bought this truck

This was definitely some kind of dealer installed GPS tracker. I say dealer installed bc I bought it new from the dealer & it’s been there since my test drive. I’m pretty upset at this trash dealer & myself for not digging into it earlier.

The tracker was plugged into an ODBC extension cable (pre-spliced) and zip tied under the steering column.

If it is the EVTS it was initially installed to use on a trial basis. Once that free trial was over the owner had to pay a subscription to maintain the tracking service. Think of it as MOPAR's version of LoJack.
