If you dont want to worry about rubbing, I would play it safe and go a little smaller on the tire. I know you want the biggest possible, but the wide wheels you went with are going to make it tough to clear a big tire without a full lift kit. Wide wheels and low offsets are a bad combination when you are looking for full articulation with a big tire. I would go with the 295/60/20's.

Thats the issue he is having .. he bought these wheels 20x10s 5" BS -12mm offset with the intention of running a big lift ...
Ordered .. done ..
Now that he is just wanting a level .. I agree with the above size . The 295 is a 34.5 " will be fine with a 2" level .. but most 35's run true to a 34.5

I'm not huge on the wheel and tire scene........but a -12 offset seems to me that is going to stick out a LOT.

That was the smallest option in that style of wheel .. he has a PW with the PW flares .

Even with a skinny tire, they are going to stick out with that size wheel. I would suggest mounting the wheels first without tires to see how far they are sticking out now. I know this is not the route you want to take, but you might need a different set of wheels to achieve the look and function that you are going for. Otherwise, a true lift is going to be necessary.

I am running a 13" wide tire on my stock 17x8 wheels with over 6" backspacing, and even my tires stick out about 3/4". With a 2" wider wheel with 1" less backspacing, you are looking at the wheel alone stick out 2" further then stock...then add the bulge of the tire, and you are going to need bigger flares or different wheels.

OP , I canceled your wheel order and refunded you the money because I would hate for you to be unsure on the size since now the truck is not going to be lifted just leveled .

You have a PM and a Pay Pal refund

Got it!
Even with a 295 tire, wont they still stick out pass the fender?

I just lifted my '12 Power Wagon with the Rancho 4" kit,and went with 35" Cooper SST's on the factory wheels.I wish I'd went ahead and got the 37's after I put them on the truck. They'll fit no problem, and I can probably go with 38-39" tires if I want next time I need tires.

My truck articulates just fine with the short arm kit.If you go with a long arm kit,you will void your warranty, since you have to reweld the long arm brackets on the frame.

There is an issue with the rear crossmember that supports the skid plates on the Power Wagon. You will have to cut out the center section of the crossmember, and make a loop over the driveshaft.
You will also have to have the exhaust pipe modified to give the front driveshaft clearance after lifting the truck.

Sweet PW!
That is my next truck.

35's do kinda look small but it it still looks good and a lot better than stock.
Your gears will have no issues for 38's
But you'll have fun with the smaller tires :naughty:

OP , the truck is not going to be lifted just leveled .

You do not want to put a leveling kit on a 4th gen PW. There are other components that would have to be modified or changed,or you will have a very, very dangerous truck.

There's a reason that nobody makes a leveling kit for a Power Wagon. They will have a very bad "Death Wobble"
You will need to put adjustable control arms as well as extend the swaybar connector links, these are different from the standard 2500 swaybar ends.

Ok. SO if I go with a Fabtech 6" lift, with dual SS and trac bar, will this kit be good for the PW??? With 37s on a 20x10 0 offset?
