Removing a soaked in oil stain from concrete

I give up on aftermarket led taillights
Just wanted to revisit now that it's been a few months. Replacing the rear sockets with OEM has absolutely stopped the error messages. I get a tail light out message maybe once ever month but it goes away and doesn't come back. -
