Performance brakes tend to be more noisy, not as smooth and wear quicker. If performance is the goal then you will have to keep those things in mind. If you don't care about that, then just do OEM or equivalent (most things you can find aftermarket cheaper than OEM but with similar performance)...- rzr6-4

Sounds like the manifold to me. When mine first started leaking you could hear it a little at idle or even light rev but its not until you put in gear that it sees load and got noisy. How so? Manifold tick is by far the most common, and cam should be on the radar as well so how were you able to eliminate them from your suspicion?- rzr6-4

My old Sierra is pretty much the same scenario. Totaled on front end but otherwise clean so I bought it back, slowly rebuilt it and got it street legal last December. Need to get it painted but I have a reliable (so far) vehicle for only a couple thou. New front clip is a different color so now...- rzr6-4

Flooring ideas?
Only if its the legit spray gun kind. The stuff in a rattle can is garbage. Flex seal or equivalent? Not 100% sure how tough it is but I've used in on a few light duty projects and it seems to hold up. At least you know its waterproof. -
4th Gen 0 to 60 Times with Cam Swap
Mine is a 2500 but stock the 0-60 is measured in business days. 5.4 Seems pretty good to me. Are you including your rollout time? Usually about .1-.2sec that a lot of people remove to make their times sound better.- rzr6-4

Correct me if I'm wrong but isn't the height solely determined by the coil spring? If you put taller/shorter springs in you may need to adjust your shock setting to match but I'm not so sure that shock setting alone with change anything. Its not a 2 in 1 strut like the 1500s. That makes me think.....I was going to cut it after the Y so it would be a single all the way back, but I could cut out the Y eliminating that obstruction and run duals back. But then I need 2 mufflers. I will have to ponder that.- rzr6-4

Factory muffler was rusted out when I bought it so replaced it with a Speedway "high flow" a couple years ago, absolute garbage. Inlet and outlet welds both broke and I had to reweld them, now the baffles are rusted out and it sounds like I have a tin can in my exhaust. The rest of the pipe is...- rzr6-4

If your current water is full of rust/gunk then a flush could be beneficial, but water it better at cooling than coolant (anti freeze) is. Its really going to depends on what kind of miles you are driving. The major factors for energy consumption are wind resistance, rolling resistance, and the energy needed to get up to speed (equivalent to your kinetic energy at your top speed). Lowering rear and getting a better ride.
Adding weight is going to give you a noticeable hit in mileage for a minimal improvement in ride IMO. I'm with @mtnrider, air down and if that doesn't work I would downsize or deal with it.- rzr6-4
