    Heated Seat Element Replacement

Well, they did a great job-my aftermarket warrantee covered it, minus $100 deductible and they (dealer) rented me a brand new Wagoneer for $40/day while they did the job. Gotta admit it was hard turning in the rental . But I got my truck back and all is great!

    Heated Seat Element Replacement

I do, I also called the warrantee company to confirm it was a covered part and the dealer has worked with them many times so they are familiar with them and the process!

    Heated Seat Element Replacement

That could be too?! It's covered on an aftermarket warrantee though THANK GOD! Otherwise I'd be keeping the cold leather seat on my butt .

    Heated Seat Element Replacement

IDK-they did mention though that they only have 1 tech who does this work and he only works Mon-Fri. They are doing both seat and back. So maybe that's why? I'm not upset about it as it's getting done with an aftermarket warrantee (THANK GOD) and my deductible is just $100. Just trying to...

    2016 Radiator needs replacement

Just as an update. After talking to the dealership about the cost; I was informed on 2016 Rams (mines a Laramie) that the AC system needs to be drained and as a result, obviously, requires a recharge as well? At least on my truck. He said not all need this but by inputting the Vin the system...

    2016 Radiator needs replacement

3 months ago I bought my 2016 1500 Laramie (5.7 Hemi) with a little over 84k miles. It was impeccably clean, appeared well cared for. Now, 3 months later just at 88k I get a coolant leak. Dealer says radiator is cracked (on a seam) and needs to be replaced at a THOUSAND DOLLARS? They also...
