What did you do with your 4th Gen this week?
OK so a week or so ago I painted my engine cover, shared and got great feedback. The problem was it was so shiny, it didn't look right to me. Kind of boy racer in my mind. Shot a can of extreme matte over it and it was still shiny. I was hating it so much I was about to trade it locally...- StateOfMind

Femco part number
Well I'm dumb. Femcos site is a disaster to navigate on my phone, but a cinch on a computer. If anyone is interested, the part numbers are: 7090020181 large bore, compact drain plug, $39.90 & 750005 drainer, $19.40 Hope this helps someone- StateOfMind

I've found a few threads on a couple forums discussing these, but they are older threads and don't include the details. I am interested in adding a Femco drain plug to my 4th gen 5.7 hemi, and Femcos site is frustrating to navigate. I believe the drain plug is a 14mn 1.5, but I can't...- StateOfMind

Tonneau cover MPG
I think back to the Mythbusters episode, but that didn't take in to account the whole butt dyno thing. Thats a good looking tonneau, on a good looking truck. If your initial test showed positive results, stop testing and enjoy- StateOfMind

Bolt thing in windsheld does anyone know what this is???
The stock mirror twist locks on to that stud and is about a 30 degree twist to lock. Did someone mount an after market mirror, maybe for dash cam or rear cam?- StateOfMind

I am a big fan of Kirklands synthetic. I don't tow much, when I do it's a little fishing skiff. Never stretch interval to 10k, usually change at 5k- StateOfMind

Air cleaner body broken
I've had it off studying the issue, just pops off the 4 posts. Problem is that it's 1/2" down, 3/4" up from the bottom. I've talked myself in to the heated wire idea, with a cup of water handy to quench, so I don't melt through that sort thin strip.- StateOfMind

Hemi Tick. Needing Opinions
Mine snapped at 65k. Many see it way before, some not at all. I don't know if it has anything to do with "spirited" driving habits, but I bet Wild one, or others might have opinions. I tend to either be creeping in bumper to bumper traffic, or WOT.- StateOfMind
