I replaced the buttons on the left side of my steering wheel to my 2020 Ram 1500. I ordered the part from Mopar It still isn’t working. I’m not sure if it’s a bad fuse maybe for the controls. I know there are two fuse boxes, one under the hood and one under the steering wheel. If anyone knows what F# the fuse is for steering wheel control buttons are that would be extremely helpful if it’s even a fuse problem.

There isn't a fuse for them as far as I know. It's either bad module, connection, harness or clockspring that causes this as far as I've ever found.

The controls are all muxed. Everything on the steering wheel goes thru the right switch assy. It's then muxed out on a LIN bus to the clock spring. That's why you have a slight delay when hitting the horn.
