    Code P0441 Help

Just had the charcoal canister replaced on my 2015 Ram 1500 Big Horn after having EVAP system issues. Started a year or so with "loose gas cap" indicator then progressed to "EVAP system small leak" to "EVAP system malfunction". I replaced the gas cap thinking it was the problem, then I replaced...

    Long crank before start

Well, I've read through a ton of issues with the TIPM on these trucks. Before the long crank before start my cruise control was intermittent, wouldn't engage no matter how many time I hit the button on steering wheel. Then all of a sudden it started working. I just recently had all the injectors...

    Update

They did not specify what injectors were installed and I asked for the old ones and was told they were returned for core to be rebuilt.

    Update

I didn't know about the "Tip-start", thanks! Fuel injectors were just replaced, spark plugs about 50k ago, bad gas always a possibility. The last time I went to start it I turned the key to the "on" position and waited a few seconds before turning to the start position and it started right away.

    ECM Problem?

So, I had to replace the water pump in my 2015 Ram Big Horn, prior to this I had the dreaded EVAP leak with loose gas cap indicator. While replacing the water pump I disconnected the battery which cleared the EVAP small leak and loose gas cap indicator when the battery was reconnected. Another...

2015 Ram 1500 Big Horn Evap purge solenoid and tank vent solenoid

I suppose everything you mentioned is a possibility, I don't notice any smell of gas. I'm gonna have to wait for a while before I get out there crawling around anytime soon, having hernia surgery tomorrow, this has gone from being a pain in the a$$ to a pain in the groin, literally!

2015 Ram 1500 Big Horn Evap purge solenoid and tank vent solenoid

The first indication anything was wrong was the loose gas cap warning, after replacing the gas cap and clearing the loose gas cap warning by way of disconnecting the battery everything was good for a couple of days. Then the loose gas cap warning came back, I then replaced the purge solenoid in...

2015 Ram 1500 Big Horn Evap purge solenoid and tank vent solenoid

Thanks for the reply, I have a issue with a leak in the EVAP system, doing some troubleshooting without the fancy equipment the dealership would have. I have replaced the gas cap first because its the least expensive. The gas cap did not fix the problem. Yesterday I pulled the purge solenoid and...

2015 Ram 1500 Big Horn Evap purge solenoid and tank vent solenoid

Are the Evap purge solenoid and the tank vent solenoid the same solenoid? They appear to be, just want to make sure. I pulled and inspected the one on the engine, the one on the tank is a little harder to get to but looks the same.
