    All this is very mystifying. Under the battery box is the accelerator pedal positioning sensor. From what I have read helps control idle. ZOE, you said you replaced ALL Sensors, Does this mean the TPPS under battery box?

    After removing the oil pressure switch, discovered oil inside the connector, indicating the switch was blown threw and pressure escaping. problem solved! Bought a new switch, a TEE with extra port, and a manual gauge to mount on passenger side railing. 65lbs now. Replaced the EGR & PCV, engine...

    Will not idle 750, at 200, lifters clattering, op goes to zero oil pressure. good compression, new HV melling op, freshed oil & filter, air filter, new pcm, new exhaust manifolds & cats pipes, new battery, throttle body, op sensor, coils, injectors. This is whacking my brain, I need advice.

    2005 ram 1500 EGR delete

    The BEST thing would be to adapt it to your intake, as the cylinder bypass could blow the oil pan gasket, and would be a polluting nightmare. Bills86e

    The "lightning bolts" warning lights come on and my truck goes into limp mode.

    PCM faulty. I got mine from Flagshipone.com $228 shipped. I cannot properly diagnose, so it will send out all kinds of DTCs. remove it and send them the part # on your faulty pcm, then chuck it.

    The Lightning Bolt usually causation is the throttle body not properly communicating with the powertrain control module. Time to technically scan your PCM codes, go from there to find a culprit...

    I put my "04 5.7L 0n my garage snap-on lift, ordered PCM, Shocks, & Melling 10452HV oil pump. Getting ready to do some wrenching! Next I plan on replacing my front seat's lower padding & covers. Happy new Year

    Red lightning bolt on dash, EGR valve maybe

    well clean it and the PVC valve & the egr pipe to pvcv. generally the L-Bolt indicates communication is lost to ecm. this sends false signals to sensors. A DIC code will give the dietitian where to start looking for the culprit. The Engine will not perform well either and MPG goes south...

    Gas Cap Check Engine Light

    just below is the evap module, just press the tab to pull it off the slider clip holder, then push the red small end in on the electric connector to remove that. replace is reverse.
