    So this is a topic buried in this thread I assume. I took a jaunt over the boarder last weekend and in Walmart and some auto parts stores - Pep Boys, Nappa, O'Reilys - there was Pennzoil 'Platinum' oil but nobody had PUP. So why isn't it on shelves in the US again?? So far availible on shelves...

    Check your intake manifold bolts

    Has the aftermarket not come up with a fix for this? Like a different gasket/bolt set or something that would make the bolts a one and done when tightened?

    So maybe a good route while I have the RL is mix a quart with the PUP and shelf the Lubegard until all the RL is used up? Then breakout the LG for the PUP changes way down the road.

    I actually grabbed 3 5L jugs of PUP 5W30 today at CT. $41.99 CAD / jug. ($31.19 US). I had RL in my sights, but as Wild one said, hard to argue with the price of PUP on sale.

    Well I guess I will order up some 20-820 filters then. I was looking at the K&N filters as well, but with the nut on the bottom being an extra piece on them, I will stay with going with RP ones.

    I was at Canadian Tire just looking at the filters just to compare. Stock to RP 20-820 Fram equivalant. The stock size really is quite small, as has been mentioned many times over on this thread, and forum.
