Correct. Both sides are the same process. As for the stub shafts, the only reason you would need to replace them is if they’re seized to the cv axle, or if they’re extremely worn. On a 2019 I find both these scenarios very unlikely.
On the 4th gen(2009-2018 & 2019 - 2023 classic), all you gotta do is remove the intake tube, then just lift it off. Then reinstall the intake tube.
On the 5th gen(2019-current) there are 2 bolts, 1 on each side.
NP haha I had mine off this weekend too change my fuel pressure sensor, when I was finished I thought about putting it back on then was like, I actually like the look of the engine bay better without it. So it’s sitting in the shed.
Like the title says, I’m just curious what everyone’s thoughts and opinions on the plastic engine cover. Do you think it serves an actual purpose, or do you think it’s just eye candy.
Also, do you have one one your Hemi, or have you removed it.
Noticed a engine light on last weekend turned out to be a P018C (fuel rail pressure sensor), so I ordered a replacement OE sensor last Monday, and finally got around to replacing it this weekend. The Hemi is once again happy.

Has anyone ever thought of installing an inline fuel filter on a ram equipped with a Hemi engine?
It may or may not be beneficial, I don’t really know. ♂♂️
I got the putco in channel visors. No issues with them coming loose. They do occasionally interfere with the automatic windows going up, but small potatoes. ♂️
The only thing I’d do is swap out the oem muffler for something like this.

As for the intake side, I have ran a k&n “cold air intake” for a few years, and the only gains I’ve noticed was sound.
I would...
Anyone have any thoughts on using on of the pre made kits from www.jeepcables.com
I was thinking the newer JK kit that specifies the pentastar, since the electrical system would be kinda similar to that of the Ram.
UPDATE!!!
I ended up performing a vehicle reconfiguration at the dealership I work at. And BOOM!! Both switches came back to life and all codes disappeared. No parts required.
I have searched high and low for an answer to my problem.
I noticed today that my 4wd switch, lower instrument panel switches, rain sense wipers and auto high beams were all dead. I used alphaobd to read codes and found U1009 & U0213 in the BCM.
I had recently installed tow mirrors and used...
