There is a possibility that its an oil supply issue, and they replaced 3 out of the 4 stock cams
Seems more likely then burning up the same cam 3 times

Lifter issues seem to be more common in the 5.7 and to be honest, the 5.7 is the bare minimum I'd want in a truck and feels a little underpowered in a 2500
