Is it a HD truck? I’ve only come across two other trucks with cab wiring for push button and passive entry. They were either 2015 or 2016’s, I don’t recall. You should be good for push button but you won’t have the wiring inside the doors for the door antennas or door handles.
You need to run two wires from the connector under the fuse box. One to ground and the other to the BCM C1/A pos 11. Feel free to PM me if you need help.

As long as you have a decent OBD device like the MX+ you should be able to flash it no problem assuming this is for a 2013+ 4th gen? Some people have had to try multiple times before they’ve gotten it to work though.

They populate the connector with a wire to weatherproof it. Just came across this post and was going tot well you the wire most likely ends a few inches down the wire loom. Glad to see you figured it out.
You’re supposed to do that when you program the fobs and reset the hub by entering a new (or your old) pin.. If you used 0000 then I’m pretty sure you are stuck with it now but I could be wrong.
