That is a Zone kit which is a very good kit and night and day better than any ROUGH country kit. The majority of your issues are most likely from poor install. Leveling Kit Recommendation - 2" - 2.5"
My recommendations are always based on how much lift you want AND how you use the truck. If you off road we need to discuss better options. Shock Recommendations with Level Kit
The 5160 is pretty much a 5100 with reservoir. The only benefit of the reservoir is fluid capacity so when being frequently cycled they will stall cooler than a standard shock. Foxes will ride better than either Bilstein option IMO Have you checked out the Eibach and ICON coils and shocks...- Nick@GotExhaust

Maxtrax lift kit is the way to go for 2wd RAMs, they make one specifically for the EcoD too. You need more than spindles, you also need extended brake lines, rear coils sway bar and track bar brackets, different length rear shocks, etc...A proper lift is something you should not cheap out on.
