I wrecked a truck once, got it fixed, and had that thing traded into the dealer before the repair hit Carfax...Only cost me a $50 tip to get the adviser to hold back on closing the ticket for a few days to do it. If they wanna play the game, they can't hate the players who do it better.- Scottly

I'm not an expert and that video is hard to read...But that looks like moisture and not smoke. Your profile says "Montana except for work"....Are you in another state, possibly a southern state with high humidity? Because that sure does look like condensate from a rich mixture at start-up.- Scottly

I live in Florida...It's a '21, has less than 20K on the clock. HOWEVER, it gets run almost everyday. No issues. My '18 was treated in a similar fashion, no issues.- Scottly

Disagree. My 3500 Cummins sees 5K miles per year, mostly local. NEVER an issue with emmissions equipment. And the upfront cost, which is $9800, will be recouped on resale. Go to NADA, KBB, etc., compare two identical 4yr old trucks, one with diesel option, one without. The difference in...- Scottly

Keep the Chrome or complete Blackout
Chrome bumpers...So I blacked out the emblems, and got black wheels with accent bolts...I try to make the chrome and black play off each other. Not sure if it's a success, but I'm too cheap to buy black bumpers. -

My baby is going in for elective surgery
Might as well install a new cam and lifters while you're in there...New exhaust manifold bolts, too...For that matter, trade it in and get a new one. But, that's just me. I'm sure Banks has a solution in a bottle to repair everything by just adding a few ounces to the tank.- Scottly
