    My old tap and die set is close to 40 years old,and is in a big old steel case,with 2 layers to it,one layer is SAE,the other layer is Metric.I've had to replace a few of the smaller taps,because of being a bohunk and breaking a few,lol.     I'm guessing the Classic had 3.21 gears,and this truck has 3.92 gears. 3.92's are roughly 22% deeper,so you'll notice approximately 22% more rpm on the tach,or roughly 350 more rpm at 100 clics
