I have read the other posts and still can’t find an under the hood light assembly for a 2020 Ram 1500 Long Horn. I can find 2017-2019. Can anyone help me? Thanks!,

Under hood lights were no longer equipped after 2017. Some early 2018 trucks came with the cutout in the underhood insulation to easily add the light. All 2018s had the body harness plug on the passenger side firewall.
Starting in 2019 the plug was no longer in the harness. You will not find a listing for an underhood light for 2019+ because they were not equipped nor can be with the light kit.

I have a 2018 Express and I don't see the plug with the cover for under hood light.

Did you look on the cowl? It's not on the hood. There's an additional harness that plugs in and goes up the hood to the light. Circled in yellow.

If the Express was optioned with the under hood light the harness will be on the passenger side near the hood hinge just below the windshield cowling.

I'm curious, What month/yr was your truck built?
Maybe the Express used its own stripped down harness and that's why it doesn't have one. The plug is just 2 wires, a power and ground.

You could buy a kit for say a 2016

mount it on the passenger side
the kit has its own switch, similar to a mercury switch, using a ball bearing

you can rig a switch under the hood, hooked to the fuse box or battery
