Reading the reviews from the link in post #2, many of the users modified the kit for their use.
You could contact CF to confirm the outside dimensions of the frame and see if it would it be possible to modify this unit to fit the opening on your truck?
You also might try calling car radio installation shops and see if they have a solution.
