I actually had a set of their Lander X steps installed and decided the drop step design wasn’t what I wanted. They looked really good though and install seemed on par with the majority, bolted to the body and pinchweld.
The problem with Amazon reviews is that it puts them all together. You’ll have 4 different styles of steps in the same reviews

I have a set on mine. Came with the truck. I suspect the dealer installed them as they carry the tyger line. There was also a tyger soft top on it. It ripped shortly after purchase. The nerf bars are solid. I’m just a hair over 200 lbs and they hold me no problem.

No mention of where they are made on their website. Warranty on the coating has an out that "This warranty does not include damage resulting from road hazards such as gravel or other debris" so if your nerf bars act like nerf bars and keep gravel from being thrown up on the truck...

Given the above and it's carbon steel at $200 retail, figure it's 100% Chinesium that will rust if you look at it sideways. I'm firmly in the buy once/cry once camp for anything that I'm not going to treat as disposable.

Have any of you tried the Tyger Trax steps?
Curious to hear some thoughts and see any pics of these if anyone has them.
Thanks
I had a set of Tyger steps, they are heavy but I liked how they mounted, very sturdy with no flex.
They mount to the body with another brace to the pinch weld, never be as solid as a true slider welded to the frame, but I had no complaints.
I ended up getting some power steps, my truck is leveled, the third bottom rail made it “look” lower, much happier with retractable steps.

I’m thinking the same about the “lower” look. I really like that style on Jeeps but I’m not sure about the classic body style, I think it looks kinda bulky too.
That’s why I’m interested in the Tyger Trax, it’s pretty similar to those but without the bottom bar.
I guess they’re just too new.
