2005 Dodge Ram 1500, I heard a ding twice and then my instrument cluster stopped working, also temp display shows 130 and A/C compressor don't kick in

2005 Dodge Ram 1500, I heard a ding twice and then my instrument cluster stopped working, all gauges went to the far left and all lights showed up like check engine, ABS, Air Bag, etc. Also temp display shows 130 degrees now and A/C compressor don't kick in. I'm getting faults saying no communication with instrument cluster and FCM and BCM.

Can anyone lead me in the right direction. I'm wondering if the issues are from a bad instrument cluster, tpim, front control module or ECM.

Unhook battery for a while check and clean all grounds and connections open fuse box look for signs of corrosion/melted plastic check all fuses ect it wouldnt be unheard of for a cluster to go bad but usually its not all at once soo...

Thank you for your response. I'm thinking it may be the tpim(fuse panel) but not sure. I did remove it from the truck and opened it up to access the circuit board. I didn't really see any burn marks or anything. I cleaned it with a brush and electrical contact spray. I also cleaned all the connections going to the tpim. I did tie the positive and negative terminals together for a little bit to drain all capacitors. I'm showing a couple lost communication faults with the mechanical instrument cluster, front control module and back control module.
