I have a 2011 Ram 1500 4.7L and I have to replace both exhaust manifolds, so I looked on Rock Auto and they only had the right side and not the left. I also called the Dodge dealership and was told the left side has been discontinued and only the right is available... does anyone have an idea what to do? I've looked online in multiple places and can't seem to find anything. I even looked into aftermarket headers and it seems even those are not available for the 4.7 either.

Just sand your original manifolds flat they will never warp again I used a harbor freight belt sander or if you can find a local machine shop.

Seems like that's essentially the only option. I can not find aftermarket headers available at all for a 2011 4.7L Ram 1500, Dodge dealership here in Canada at least, says the left side has been discontinued, and no salvage yard I guess have anything in my province.

In regards to sanding down the old manifold, I just have to wonder if the manifold itself is viable for that, I haven't looked at the state of them myself I was just told that both sides need to be replaced. I will have to look into that regardless for the left side as I have no other options

Finding exhaust manifolds for the Corsair is next to impossible. I’m surprised you managed to find the passenger side as is.

These engines have no support at all. Not even from OEM..
