Yes it's possible, I just did this swap on the 2020 Tradesman I just picked up. Radio was sourced from eBay as was the conversion cable set as I picked up a Uconnect 5 radio. I am so used to having Waze and Pandora running at all times I was really missing it and that 5" radio is straight garbage. Rear view camera visibility is much improved as well, the upgrade is highly recommended.

You have single zone AC like I do so make sure you're buying a radio with single zone AC controls. Make sure they, at the very minimum include the donor vehicles VIN so you can unlock the radio. Even better, and worth a couple bucks more is if they include the radio unlock code. The only thing I've not figured out is the media hub, it charges my phone but the radio doesn't recognize when a thumb drive is inserted. Not sure what exactly I need to do on that.
