I have a 2003 Hemi with 202,000 miles. The oil pressure has started dropping to 0 when warmed up and at idle. It goes back up when the engine rpm's go up when I take off from a stop. I'm thinking either the oil pump is going out, or the bearings are worn. Anything else to consider?

have you verified the pressure is dropping off with another pressure gauge? (To check if the dash gauge is correct).
After that you may want to pull the pan and check the oil pump pickup. It's possible with that many miles the bearings maybe worn and leaking a bit much for oil pump to keep up at low rpms.

I have a 2004 Ram 5.7L Hemi 4x4 that the oil pressure went to zero. Unless you are mechanically inclined, do not attempt replacing the oil pump yourself. I was a ASE certified master mechanic many years ago and it was a major deal for me, of which I have not finished yeat. I have a factory manual on this truck and the first step to replacing the oil pump is to install special tool # 8534 (of which more than likely only a deal would have) to raise the engine to remove the oil pan. Well on a 4x4 not only is the engine attached to the frame via motor mounts the front axle and housing is also attached to the motor. I won't say how I managed to subvert this problem, but it cane be done.

I would put a mechanical oil pressure gauge on the verify, remove sending unit and "T" it off and install proper fittings, is the engine making any noises to indicate low oil pressure.
