Good Evening to All in Alfaobd land,

Unfortunately for you all I am another newbie in this land. I have managed to get my tablet and OBDMX + to play nice together, but will not connect to any module.
I have tried 13-17 power net and 16-17 power net, and I still get the same result, BCM not connected. I touch the connect bar and still says not connected.
Also tried down loading my factory settings to my tablet, keeps saying need to sign in. I have selected my email by still says to sign in.
Oh, and no idea where to use the 4 digit code.

Thanks in advance for any help.

Try selecting body computer from the second drop down

One problem I ran into was, I was using two different devices (iphone and android phone, at different times) with my obd mx+, then I having trouble connecting to alfaobd... long story short, my iphone was connecting to the obd mx+ instead of the android phone, so I just turn off the bluetooth on my iphone and I can use alfaobd while reading/watching how to instructions on my iphone.

Any chance 1 of you guys could help me? 2018 Ram 2500

I have the OBDLink MX+, the security module, I purchased the license, I am using my PC laptop. I turned off the Bluetooth on my Iphone. The PC pairs with the OBDLink, I have all of the security module wires hooked up and key in run position. Every time I try to connect, it attempts 4 times and then I get the Failed! message. Interface message: NO DATA Connect failed...

I emailed Kaotech but still waiting for a reply.

Any help would be appreciated
