My dash is bubbling up. It was replaced before under warranty, now its doing it again after its warranty dried up. Dealer said mopow/ram knows about the problem because of so many replacement dashes on both jeeps and rams and will not do anything, he even said that a rep said customer will eat it not ram. To replace the dam thing will be $1200 plus 5 hours labor maybe more. Anyone else have this problem and if so what did you do to fix or stop the bubbling.

My son has a 2020 limited with a small bubble starting. We bought an extended Mopar warranty when we bought it, so if it gets bad, we will put the warranty to use.

Will the Mopar extended warranty cover it?

Just got off the phone with Ram customer care. They were notified of my dash delamination problem back in August. Today they informed me they were closing out my case for the second time without assistance. They have decided they will no longer be assisting with warranty issues, they referred me back to the dealership. I have owned Dodge trucks since 1976. I currently own a $80k 2019 Cummins Limited. I'm trying to understand how Ram thinks this strategy is good for business. In one of my conversations with Ram care, the employee admitted that the problem was caused by the use of inferior glue in the dash pad. If they know that's the problem why aren't they doing the right thing? Funny aside, when I bought the truck some of my Ford friends said that Iv regret it. They said the Cummins was great, but the rest of the truck won't last. I'm a fifty year customer who's losing faith.
