Update for those interested: In late May I got a call from my dealership that the parts had finally arrived. Six weeks and a bit for parts to show up. A week later, at 0730, my RAM was at the dealership for repair. It was out and fixed before noon. The entire rear window and frame were replaced under the extended warranty. It’s now going on three months since the repair and with all the rain we’ve been having here in NE FL, no leaks anywhere.
Glad you got that fixed. Works wonders on your mood while driving in the rain.

Just a FYI tip if your having water pooling on the front drivers/passenger side floor area and you have ruled out all the usual suspects such as the shark fin antenna, rear window frame, and 3rd brake light. Check out the rear sunroof drains where they exit the rear wall of the cab. I had water pooling there over a decent period of time after having my windshield replaced and resealed after a crack thinking that was the cause. Where those drains exit the cab the drivers side end was not seated properly in the hole and that allowed water to drip/run down the hose and get to the trackway where the door sills are and end up in the drivers footwell. Once I had a tech at a local dealer reseat it for free the leak stopped and I was able to dry the carpet and padding without any damage. Check you rear sunroof drains to see if they are seated properly. The 2 attached photos are the drains properly seated where they exit the rear cab wall. At the time I never took a photo of when it wasn’t properly seated.
