    Champion Aluminum Radiator; transmission line threads are different

    The threads on the new Champion radiator are different. Of course I didn't notice this until after I swapped it out and finished everything else. I just went to O'Reilly's and AutoZone and they don't seem to have any brass fittings that will help me out here.

    I'm going to replace my radiator and this piece of transmission fluid line, but I'm not familiar with this fitting on the end. Does it just pop on as it is, just like that? Or is there an o-ring or something? And how shall I remove the current one? This piece of transmission fluid line is...

    Radiator replacement tomorrow on 5.2

    I got this Champion aluminum radiator and new hoses. It's a pretty easy job, but I'm unclear on how to deal with the transmission lines. Any other words of wisdom much appreciated.

    Transmission runs hot

    2000 1500 5.2 Magnum, automatic transmission runs hot in hot weather, after 30 minutes of driving, OD will shut off and then idiot light comes on; smells like burnt tranny fluid; but fine in cooler weather. Shifts fine, acts fine. What can I do?
