Yes there is if you look at the picture you posted looks like the air intake is drawn from the center of the hood the reg 5.7 draw from the right side fender air box- Jim BB

Sadly no U-Joints at that age and miles on them I would probably replace them with a good set that is serviceable (with grease fittings) U-Joint can and will set up a vibration and also thump VERY UNLIKELY this is your problem but a drive shaft if the weight is knocked off or falls off ! It is possible that part of your issues at wheel balance and the second issue could be U-Joints. the U-Joint are sealed non serviceable so unless you have replaced them. think about it small needle bearing an a small cap holding them turning at a very high RPM and lots of heat and a...- Jim BB

Did the power rams have a hood ornament?
some came with them and others didn't . I am not sure what model came with them -

I am looking for the wiring diagram for 4th gen 2019 1500 classic 5.7 hemi 8 speed trans . i would like to follow the wiring from hood latch to tipim to BCM ECM to see if all the wiring is there and if not what i need to do to install . from what I can tell and see the hood latch wiring goes...- Jim BB

Like all the above have mentioned check plug with test light or multimeter make sure you are getting 12v power use ground from truck first from bumper or frame then use ground from plug just to confirm plug ground ! if no power go to tipm and check circuit breakers and fuses for popped or blowen...- Jim BB

I don't know if thes engines have GLOW plugs like others but it sounds like the pre heat cycle isn't working ! i use to have a F450 diesel and several chevy as well over the years and so when the heat system is not working correctly you get hard start or long crank issues- Jim BB

yes that would do it and yes 5yr old time to replace ! I did my brakes on all 4 corners and upgraded to slotted cross drilled rotors and ceramic pads this past summer ! not thinking put truck in neutral by key and killed battery ! boosted it and battery was scrap like you 4 1/2 to 5 yr old...- Jim BB

you are correct every road does have a crown but on a lot of flat roads Ie roads that have very low crown that are hard to see you can let go of the steering wheel and drive for 1/2 mile or so and have no or very little input to steering wheel- Jim BB

As a old mechanic and Alignment guy any vehicle will pull in the direction of the crown of the road ! IF it did not pull on a crown of the road IT WILL PULL ON THE FLAT ROAD !!!!! so that said in order to go straight on the flat road it will pull on a crown !!! If you are handy and kinda mechanically inclined I would be buying OEM and install it myself then buy OBD Mx And the security bypass cable the the AlfaOBD program then you own it and are able to upgrade truck for Example open up your security alarm system, add tow...- Jim BB

already upgraded brakes to slotted cross drilled with upgraded ceramic pads ! and i have air bags in springs ! i loaded my Brother in-laws TT 32' 7500 Lbs dry but it had food and clothing ect ! with 2 full 20Lbs propane and Battery on it ! it only squatted the back of the truck about A 1.5 inch...- Jim BB
