    Just did my '16 gen4 RA4 map update. Yes, there is a code magical dance that needs to be done. That thumb drive is a "One and Done. The drive has a code and the radio has a code that gets input to the webpage. Then they send you another code that's input into the radio Nav to get the update moving.

    Pulling less than 10 amps total, wire only needs to be a 16 gauge. 10 gauge (good for 30 amps) is huge for that.

    That 68288760AC module is the one for a '16 to '24 model years. Mopar # 68092732AF is for the '13 to '14 model years. I ran into the same problem, except in reverse, trying to get the '14 module to work in a '16. The correct module fixed it.

    Some manifolds make the "tick", even without leaking. Heck, the long tube header "ticking" is awesome. But yours sounds like a mechanical tick. My F150 5.3 tick was way louder than that for 12 years and 100k miles

    Suggest running a bonding wire between the the main frame and tongue frame (across the pivot) to eliminate that from happening again.

    Check where the truck's trailer harness white connects to the truck's frame and the connector white pinon the truck itself. A meter should read 0 ohms between the frame and the white wire pin on the trailer connector. Zero ohms, or very close to it, between the truck frame and trailer frame.
