    I replaced mine about 5 years ago. After my son and I replaced the dash 14 years ago i knew what to do. Did it by myself,was not to difficult. The dash pivoted back just far enough to get to the core.

    Drips from transmission pan rebuilt five months ago 46RE/5.9

    Can't hurt to check them. Searching I found they are torqued to 13 Ft.Lbs. I just hand tightened mine last time and have no leaks.

    I would do the maintenance. If you have the transmission serviced it could be costly. The lowest estimate I got was $750 from an independent transmission shop.The dealership wanted $75 more!

    Bought my wifes 2019 Rebel used with 50K on the clock. Did not know the oil history so I used Royal Purple 5w-30 with a Napa Premium filter. I assume your new new truck is under warranty and might want to check if using a different weight oil may void warranty if engine failure was to occur.

    That rust is severe! Even the axle tube flange is beyond repair.I imaging the rest of the truck is a rust bucket! I would replace the truck before throwing money at it.
