My vehicle already had LED lights. My issue turned out to be defective lights. I had to replace both of them 4 times from 3 vendors before I got lights that worked. Also, I had to disconnect the battery for 20 minutes to reset the computer to get it to relearn the new lights.
Thank you for the response. The first two of the four sets worked properly (no hyperflash and no dash alert) but the lights were not formed properly so the screw holes would not line up to secure them. I changed brands and now the lights fit properly, but the hyperflash continues. I will look...
