    Under seat subs?

Thanks for the info, but Im just wanting to add some lower frequencies to my existing system so dual 10" subs would suit my needs. I already have a professional audio system company that I run for concerts and events as a living, My ears need to rest sometimes. lol

    Slight ticking/flutter noise under load

Could very well be coming from your hvac system. Do you have cabin air filter behind your glove box? Does the sound get any louder when the AC, Heater, Defrost is turned on? Could be a stuck actuator door in your hvac system.

    Under seat subs?

Thanks for the info. I've seen some of the MTX boxes and had one that had 2 - 10" subs in my previous RAM and they sounded good for what they were.

    Under seat subs?

Looking at upgrading my sound system for my truck and wanting to apply 1 or possibly 2 subwoofers (10" are fine) to my existing aftermarket Alpine headunit. What are some good performers out there with drop in sub boxes?

    Want to lower rear

I dont recommend getting air shocks only because the lower brackets where the shocks get bolted too on the axle aren't designed to carry the additional load of the vehicle, especially is you place any type of load in the rear. The rear is typically 2" +/- inches taller than the rear. I would...

Thanks for the info Burla. I appreciate it.

    Transmission upgrades on 5.7 Hemi's w/ 65RFE trans?

Looking to see if there are any upgrades that can be performed on these transmissions? I have a 14' with nearly 200k on the original tranny. I drive on average 35-42k per year, 25% of the time I'm towing a 7x14 enclosed trailer with weighing roughly 3500-4k lbs loaded up and down the state...

Would like a higher PSI for my engine oil, options?

I do have the remote SINGLE oil filter setup on my truck from Pac Brake, makes changing those filters A LOT easier. I'll have to try out the Royal Purple filter you had mentioned. One thing I thought however, with adding TOO much pressure, I almost wonder if that would introduce oil blowby and...

Would like a higher PSI for my engine oil, options?

At idle I'm currently averaging 35psi with the engine averaging at 203 degrees. On the highway around I'm averaging 48psi with the RPM's around 1700 That's with 5w30 AMSOIL with a WIX XP filter.

Would like a higher PSI for my engine oil, options?

Hey there, Sorry I chime in every once in a while, but yes I did see your reply post, thank you.. I'm currently running 5w30 AMSOIL with a WIX XP filter. Just performed the oil change Monday evening. My replacement engine has close to 35K miles on it. (Truck has 198K)

Would like a higher PSI for my engine oil, options?

Well if it's any constellation, I do drive a lot.. Typically pulling in on average of 38-45k a year. So having this replacement engine with a 4 years of unlimited mileage is what I like. Do I sit in idle? I truly try not to do that unless I get caught in traffic somewhere in town, Drive faster...

    Front Struts Replacement?

Struts/Shocks NEVER get any better as time/mileage goes on, so getting them replaced is the best and only option. 100k+ on ANY struts is a lot, just install new ones, your tires, your suspension components and your wallet will thank you later. ;)

    Vehicle speed sensor going bad?

I forgot to reply back on this topic so my apologies to anyone having this issue.. It ended up being a FAULTY Belt tensioner and belt that was causing the issue. Somehow the tensioner was going back and didn't have the correct tension this the belt was glazing over the pulleys and "slip" which...

Would like a higher PSI for my engine oil, options?

I'm going to be switching over to 5w30 AMSOIL on my next oil change and thereafter.

Would like a higher PSI for my engine oil, options?

Well for starters, I'm one of those stories, so yeah my story is pretty reliable..... A new crate engine was installed in my truck a little over 6 months ago and the Cam lobe failed on it because of insufficient oil reaching that part of the engine (only had 150k on it) I really don't feel like...

Would like a higher PSI for my engine oil, options?

I'm hoping to see if there are a few options or course of action I can take. I've heard many stories about what PSI my engine oil should be (average) and I've been told that anywhere between 25psi - 55psi is normal, however my issue is that these 5.7 Hemi engines have a design flaw and and years...

Option and Opinions on rear bags

Well, as some of you know I opted to order and install the Timber Grove rear bags. I'm no stranger to airbag suspensions so the install only took a little over 5 hours with also installing the air compressor, air lines, electrical, paddles and gauge system. All in all it turned out fine and...

Option and Opinions on rear bags

Just ordered my Timber Grove airbag kit for my truck. I'm installing with some paddle gauges, compressor and pressure gauge for in-truck mount and adjustability. HAd this setup on my previous ram and worked out great. I'll post photos when installed. Thanks for your input everyone. -Sam

Evolve Lubricants Inc - Anyone using this?

I was recently introduced to a non-petroleum engine oil called "Evolve lubricants". From chatting with one of their engineers he's stating I can use their 5w20 engine oil and on average can get 17-21k miles between oil changes... Not sure if any of you have heard or using it... Thanks.

    Water pump inlet pipe?

Looks like something hit it, at least from the pic angle it appears that way. Keep in mind that coolant is acidic in nature and will eat away your pipe, pump, hoses from the inside out. Could also be a MFG defect as well.

Option and Opinions on rear bags

------- This looks like a well built and solid system. My trailer, loaded, probably weighs in around 4K lbs.

Option and Opinions on rear bags

I have a static drop 2/4 Belltech drop on my 14' Ram 1500. I do quite a bit of towing with it (Enclosed 7x14 trailer) handful a times a month, more so in the summer months. I would like options and opinions that work well so that I dont bottom out the rear of my truck especially when the trailer...
